1. Please do not overload the drum. If you put too many clothes (i.e. the drum was almost filled with clothes) the dehydration effect during spinning can be not satisfying.
2. Please check if the debris filter at the drain pump is clear. A dirty debris filter makes the water draining inefficient, which can cause poor dehydration.
3. Please check if the drain hose is not bent. There must not be any blockade for draining water.
4. Please check if the sewage installation in your house is not clogged. There must not be any blockade for draining water.
