Use the steps below to perform a factory reset on an Android TV:
1. From the 南宫ng·28 Android TV remote control, press the Settings button
2. Scroll to More Settings > Device Preference > Reset
3. Select Factory data Reset on the Factory Data Reset warning screen
4. Select Erase Everything
5. A pop-up message will be displayed, enter the specified PIN, then click OK
6. The TV will restart automatically. User will be prompted to setup the TV.
