        Warranty Policy

         

        WARRANTY SERVICE POLICY & PROCEDURES:

        1.    南宫ng·28 offers warranty service for all our different mix of products.

        2.    南宫ng·28 products carry a full warranty for the period specified (also mentioned below).

        3.    The warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.

         

        Warranty of above-mentioned parts will be followed as per warranty terms that are written on each product warranty card.

         

        General Terms & Conditions:

        1. The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer's name, model and serial number of the customer unit.

        2.  南宫ng·28 reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.

        3. 南宫ng·28's obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement of defective parts or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.

        4. Warranty repairs must be carried out by a 南宫ng·28 Authorized Service Centre. Warranty cover will be void, if customer unit has been attempted by any unauthorized service center. 南宫ng·28 shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.

        5. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. 

        6. The above policies are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions.

         

        WARRANTY DETAILS:

        1. This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.

        2. Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company's Service Centers or it's Authorized Service Centers

        3. In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force for the unexpired period of the warranty.

        4. 南宫ng·28 or it's authorized service center/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replaced at it's discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.

        5. Warranty for the unexpired period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service center and the product is found free from transit damage.

        6. If some models cannot be supplied with spare parts due to EOL or 南宫ng·28 engineers determined that it cannot be repaired. 南宫ng·28 can replace the customer's unit with another one based on the customer's unit and service time-line, Customers need to pay the difference in replacement costs.

        7. Exchange units assume the remaining warranty of the original product.

         

         

        Out Of Warranty General Terms

        If one of the following situations occurs, it falls within the scope of out-of-warranty maintenance services and requires paid services, including but not limited to:

        (1) Products beyond the maintenance scope stipulated by local laws and regulations or specified by the branch;

        (2) The "purchase" invoice voucher cannot be provided, or the model of the invoice voucher does not match the model of the repaired product or has been altered;

        (3) Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage by the user, including but not limited to improper handling, falling, external impact or extrusion, corrosion caused by the use of corrosive solutions, water immersion, and humid environments, external damage caused by maintenance observe scratches;

        (4) Damage caused by installation, induction, and repair by non-南宫ng·28 authorized service providers;

        (5) Damage caused by force majeure, such as voltage abnormalities, lightning strikes, earthquakes, fires, floods, typhoons, war etc.;

        (6) Self-installation of software not officially released by 南宫ng·28 causing damage
