If there is no 5G indicator:
a) Check whether the “5G” function is enabled. Go to “Settings”-> “Cellular network” or "SIM card & cellular network” ->“5G”-> touch the trigger to enable the “5G” function (for Android 12).
b) Contact your SIM card operator to check whether 5G service is available.
c) If this issue only occurs in a certain place, move to a location with a strong signal and try again.
Note: You can check network and signal status at “Settings”-> “System” -> “About phone” -> “Status” -> “SIM Status”.
